2. Can you do an OEM/ODM project?
A: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service to all clients worldwide. Any OEM and design requirements from the client are welcome.
3. What is your MOQ?
A: OEM/ODM orders: around 1000pcs per design and color. The actual situation may vary, such as the stock items, we only require 1 carton/design.
4. How about your sample policy?
A: Free samples are available. Customers only have to afford the freight cost.
5. How long is your production lead time?
A: Samples and stock items: around 7 days
FOB orders: 30 to 45 days
6. What is the payment terms?
A: T/T, L/C，Alibaba trade assurance, Paypal.
7. How about your quality control?
A: Our products are qualified with ASTM, EN71, CE, ROHS etc. Online quality inspections are strictly done in each procedure.
8. How about the after-sales service?
