1)Master Greeting OGM recording has the following 2 methods:

• Turn the device on the power supply, the handle hangs on the fork spring, long press the “Previous” button for 3 seconds, lift the handle and release the middle button, this time into the OGM recording mode, the user can record the greetings video you want to OGM, put the handle back to the telephone on the fork spring that is to stop recording.
• Use the convertor software of TF Card to convert the Mp4 video to the AVI format, name it “OGM.avi”. Then copy the avi file to the “OGM” directory of the device TF card (with a USB cable to connect the device to the computer, the device is a card reader, you can read and write directly to the device's TF card). 

2)To record a guest message, please follow the steps below:

• The visitor picks up the telephone handle, the greeting OGM video will play automatically, after lens’ real time image coming to the screen, it enters the recording mode, then the visitor speaks, the device records the content in real time!
• Hang up the telephone handle, the recording is finished.

• Playback Mode: 

When device is not recording, short press the middle “Play/Pause” button to enter playback mode.

Play the latest recording video file (video image will be displayed on the screen, and the sound will be played from the speaker at the bottom of the device)

Short press the “Previous” or “Next” button to switch to the previous or next recording video files.

After playing this recording file, press and hold the “Play” button for 3 seconds(or no operations within 5 seconds) to Exit playback mode.

In playback mode, if you lift the telephone handle, it enters the guest message recording mode (please refer to: Guest Message Recording). 

• Standby Presentation Mode: 

When no operation, the device can be used to demo the advertising / wedding pictures or video.

• Real Time Image Mode:

When standby model, press any button to enter “Real Time Image” mode: real time image from lens will be displayed in the screen for users to adjust lens angle before recording. When real time mode, no operations within 10 seconds, return to “Standby Mode”.

• Greeting reading: 

Connect the device to the computer via USB cable, at this time the device is simulated as a card reader, users can directly access the contents of the TF card in the device.

Q: What is your MOQ?

There are different standard of MOQ for different goods. If you want to customize but your quantity is small, the price will be higher than the normal one. Because we give the quotation according to the cost of production. 

Q: How long will be the lead time for samples and production?

A: Generally, we have the goods in stock when your order quantity is less than 1000pcs, and 2-3 weeks for customize products. As if volume order, pls check with our sales.
