Send us your ideas or your design documents, advice us the size, quantity and packaging
of the toy you want.
2.Can I place a small order?
Yes we accept small MOQ and trail order.
3.How can you guarantee the quality?
We will send pre-production samples before production and keep the progress
updated during production. You are also welcomed to contact a third party
for quality testing.
4.What formats of design documents do I need to provide for custom my own toy?
For the graphic design formats: jpg, png, psd, ai.
For the 3D design formats: stl,obj, fbx. By the way, we can provide 3d sculpting service if
you require.
5.How can I match or choose the correct colors for the toys I want?
We use Pantone color mode in the production process (Version: Formula Guidance-Coated). For the special color effects, you could please provide some pictures for
references.
6.How long does the production process take?
Sample will take 10-15 working days;
Mould will take 30-40 working days;
Mass production will take 30-40 working days.

7.What are your terms of payment?
Full payment is required before making samples and molds. As for the mass production,
50% deposit is required before production, and the balance and all freight charges shall
be paid before shipment.
