Yes, many clients prefer to see our factory in person to verify our operations and conditions. We are more than happy to welcome you for a visit, as face-to-face discussions are often more effective than emails.
If you cannot visit, we can provide you with a corporate introduction presentation, pictures, videos, and most importantly, an audit report conducted by a third party.
2. When should I use spot color and when should I use process color in rotogravure
printing?
** **Spot Color:** - **When to Use:** Spot color is ideal for projects requiring precise color matching, such as corporate logos or designs with a limited color palette.
**Advantages:** Ensures consistent and accurate color reproduction with pre-mixed ink formulas.
**Examples:** Corporate logos, brand-specific colors, or designs with a few distinct colors that need
consistency across various printed materials.
**Process Color:** - **When to Use:** Process color (CMYK - Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is best for projects needing a wide range of colors or intricate color variations. It’s commonly used for full-color
images, photographs, and designs with gradients or shading.
**Advantages:** Offers versatility and flexibility, reproducing a vast spectrum of colors by combining different percentages of the four process inks. - **Examples:** Magazines, brochures, packaging with vibrant graphics, or any project requiring a rich and varied color palette. **Summary:** Use spot color for
projects with specific color requirements and a limited number of colors for precise matching and consistency. Use process color for projects needing a wide range of colors and intricate designs for vibrant, lifelike images.
3. What printing methods can clients choose from?
We offer several printing methods for clients:
**Rotogravure Printing:** Ideal for laminated shopping bags, creating lifelike and intricate images. This method requires the creation of rotogravure printing plates.
**Silk Printing:** Common for simpler designs, with a setup cost of less than USD 15.
**Heat Transfer and Dye-Sublimation:** Suitable for materials containing polyester.
4. How do you charge for samples?
For laminated shopping bags, we charge for:
1.Printing Plates:** Each plate represents one color.
2. **Sample Making Cost:** Includes printing on the rotogravure machine,
lamination, and sewing the materials together to make the final bag. Laminated shopping bags are usually more costly to sample, especially if the bag is large and has many colors in the artwork. Other samples like polyester bags, canvas bags, and non-woven bags without printing are less expensive as they do not require printing plates. Silk printing samples are economical unless the bag is relatively complicated.
**Note:** Sample delivery freight and tariffs are not included in our sample quotes. ---
5. What is your AZO-free status?
Our bags have been using AZO-free ink for a long time, as we primarily export to North America and
Europe. We can send you bag samples or you can select bags from our mass production to send to testing organizations like SGS, TUV, or ITS. The cost for testing is generally not high.
6. How “eco-friendly” is your factory?
We use a lot of recycled materials in our production, such as rPET or PLA (made from corn starch). To verify the use of recycled materials, we have GRS certification and can provide a Transaction Certificate for each order. We also offer OEKO-TEX certification to prove that our canvas material is of the highest quality, similar to that used for towels, sheets, and blankets.
7. How do you control bag quality in your factory?
We have a dedicated QC team (around seven female workers) who cut long sewing threads and remove
defective bags before they are packed. Each bag also goes through a needle detection machine. All bags must be visually clean and free of bad sewing.
8. What shipping methods do you provide?
We primarily use sea shipment, either as Less than Container Load (LCL) or Full Container Load (FCL). For smaller shipments, we offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), where we handle everything from manufacturing to delivery at your door, including customs clearance.
